Having started the business single-handedly, Issam Hauranieh developed Hygiene Tech into a 65-member company, with a reliable network of partners, and representing brands from Europe, Asia and America. Starting with UK-based brand Vectair, today Hygiene Tech boasts a product portfolio comprising 40 different manufacturers, and services UAE’s well-known hotels, airlines, malls, hospitals and corporate spaces. Hygiene Tech is committed to sustainability and chooses partners with shared interests in following sustainable supply chain processes. Their innovative robotic cleaning solutions, using advanced Artificial Intelligence represented by their state of art fleet of cleaning robots and optimised transportation are endeavours to build on their sustainability drive. Anchored by their solid relationships with overseas suppliers over the last 27 years, and a well-established customer base in the UAE, Hygiene Tech is considering exploring new markets in the GCC. Supported by KEZAD’s multimodal transport network, especially Etihad Rail, the company is looking to expand from its hub in KEZAD, sustainably. Hygiene Tech is invested in the UAE government’s initiatives to advance local industrial development, and making steadfast progress in local manufacturing of hygiene products, contributing to the national Make-it-in-the-Emirates programme.
